Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of receiving. If 30 days have gone by since you receive purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are unable to exchange or refund for change of mind but in certain circumstance we can offer a exchange or store credit for later use. We reserve the right to withhold a 10% Service and Restocking Fee to cover our various costs and fees associated with the sale.
Decals Return Policy: If a decal has been adhered to a item such as car we ask that you take a photo of the issue prior to removing for evidentiary purposes.
We can only refund if the item is Damaged or Faulty when received. We ask that you contact us within 24 hours of finding the issue so we can deal with it promptly. Photo or Video proof may be asked to verify your claims.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received or discussed with us if not still unused.
We reserve the right to deduct original Postage fees and a restocking fee from refunds.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (only where applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We at the time to not except exchanges due to the nature of the product.

Please contact us prior to the return of your product so you can follow directions given in email from Quinnessentialdecals@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order if deemed that it is merely a change of mind and we find nothing at fault.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
